Delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. It takes two taps and it is immediate — we do not ask you why and there is nothing to cancel.

In the app

1. Open Clickable and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to Account and tap “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm. The account and its data are removed right away.

No phone at hand?

The browser version signs in with the same account and has the same Profile tab. Open Clickable in your browser

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in email.
• Your profile: handle, niche, language, channel link, credit balance and reputation.
• Your tests, including every thumbnail and clip you uploaded.
• Your credit history and the review tasks assigned to you.
• Your push notification token, if you had notifications on.

What stays

• Reviews you wrote on other people’s tests stay, with your identity removed. They are part of someone else’s results; deleting them would silently change numbers other creators already acted on.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. We cannot delete those; ask the store.
