What we store

Your email address, used to sign you in and nothing else. Sign-in happens with a magic link or with Google.
Your profile: display handle, niche, language, optional channel URL, credit balance and reputation.
What you upload for a test: thumbnails, titles and a clip of up to 60 seconds.
What you do in the app: reviews you give and receive, credit ledger entries, reports you file.
A push notification token, if you allow notifications.
Purchase records from the app stores, handled through RevenueCat. We never see your card.

Only reviewers assigned to your test, inside the app, and only the first 60 seconds you uploaded.
Media is served through short-lived signed links. Files are not public and are not indexed.
We do not sell media or feedback, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Product analytics (PostHog) records events such as signing up, submitting a review and creating a test, so we can see where the flow breaks.
Crash and error reports (Sentry) include technical details about the device and the error, not your media.

Profile, then Delete account. Your profile, your tests and your uploaded files are deleted.
Reviews you wrote on other creators' tests stay, without your identity attached, because that feedback belongs to the person who paid credits for it.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

On Supabase (Postgres and object storage) in the EU region, and on the app stores for purchases.
Tests close after 72 hours; results stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
